3L Goal: To help out at least a dozen people

Training Ground: From Safa Park to the Greens, there is no better way to open the lungs in a desert than in and around a park

Pro: winter makes for near perfect climatic conditions in which to train and a lot of people are doing it

Con: the concrete dust steals my breathe at times and it is pretty flat

Overcome by: doing the odd session on an indoor treadmill and running around the parks away from the construction areas

Medical: Healthy last time I checked
